At Hyper Real Love, we want every order to arrive smoothly — whether it ships to your door or you pick it up at a Journal Club. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Germany

• DHL Warenpost: €4.55 — 1–3 business days

European Union

• DHL Warenpost International: €5.90 — 4–7 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We currently ship within Germany and the European Union.

3. Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €100.

4. Local Pickup

Prefer to meet us in person? Choose free pickup at checkout and collect your order at the next HRL Journal Club — or from our HQ in Kreuzberg by arrangement. Details on the Pickup page.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at info@hyperreallove.com. We carry the risk of loss until your order reaches you — if a parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or refund you, and handle the carrier claim ourselves.

6. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Use the tracking link provided to stay updated on your delivery.
