1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Germany

• DHL Warenpost: €4.55 — 1–3 business days
• DHL Paket: €4.95 — 1–3 business days

European Union

• DHL Warenpost International: €5.90 — 4–7 business days
• DHL Paket International: €12.70 — 4–7 business days

Rest of World

• DHL Paket International: €18.90 — 7–14 business days

3. Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €100.

4. Local Pickup

Prefer to meet us in person? Choose free pickup at checkout and collect your order at the next HRL Journal Club. Details on the Pickup page.

5. Customs & Import Fees

For orders outside the EU, additional customs or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at info@hyperreallove.com. We carry the risk of loss until your order reaches you — if a parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or refund you, and handle the carrier claim ourselves.

7. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Use the tracking link provided to stay updated on your delivery.
