Cancellation Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation Period

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receives the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period has expired.

How to Cancel

Notify us by email at with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest. You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
