Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order — by delivery or pickup — to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. A proof of purchase or payment receipt is required. To initiate a return, contact us at info@hyperreallove.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after you received them. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. This does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal described below.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item first, then place a new order for the replacement once your return is confirmed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@hyperreallove.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@hyperreallove.com with a photo and your order details. We will resolve it promptly.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@hyperreallove.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) takes physical possession of the goods — whether delivered or picked up. You may use the model form on our Cancellation Rights page, but it is not obligatory.

After withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment — whichever is earlier.

Withdrawal remains valid even if the goods show signs of handling. However, you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
